Seasoned Design Professional & Entrepreneur. Currently working as product designer and co-founder at Visidek, a custom software and design development company, leading product design at Sonador AI, an open source AI powered medical imaging platform, and adjunct professor at UVU teaching Digital Product Experiences I & II.

I consider design to be a key differentiator in solving problems and bringing great experiences to people. Through a process of research, empathy, concept development, prototyping, and user testing I help design these meaningful experiences.

I like to move fast and ship often. I know when it is time to dig in and sweat the details and when to just get something out for testing. I like to learn about organizational goals and learn from users how to make those goals happen. I enjoy designing elegant solutions for messy problems.

As a culinary school dropout, I’m passionate about food. Besides having spent years perfecting sourdough (before the pandemic made it cool), I love the infinite possibilities that can be found with the most simple ingredients.

After being introduced to the art of stained glass in high school I worked professionally as a stained glass artist and designer. Designing windows for LDS Temples though Holdman studios was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had (see some of the work I did here). I still make small projects for family and friends.
